LIMENTE Linea 2C Under cabinet set – adjustable LED light profile for kitchen work space

The LIMENTE Linea 2C under-cabinet set is a surface-mounted LED light profile that can be cut to length, designed for kitchen task lighting. You can choose the color temperature, and the luminaire includes both 3000 K (warm white) and 4000 K (neutral white) options. If you would also like to use the under-cabinet lighting for ambient lighting, we recommend purchasing the LIMENTE Smart dimmer, which allows you to adjust the light output smoothly. The under-cabinet set is available in black, white, and aluminum finishes, in lengths of 2 m and 4 m, with or without light control.
By connecting the luminaire to the LIMENTE Smart dimming system, you can adjust the light output smoothly. This allows the same LED luminaire to function both as a bright task light and as a soft ambient light. With a dimmer that lets you adjust the brightness smoothly, it is easy to create atmosphere and give the space a new look—from efficient and bright lighting to dim and cozy illumination. If desired, you can also use the same controller to adjust other LIMENTE luminaires in the room, including various ceiling lights, panel lights, and under-cabinet lights.

Installation in the kitchen work space

The LED light profile is installed close to the front edge of the upper cabinet, allowing the light to be directed efficiently onto the worktop without creating shadows. The luminaire’s power supply cable (which can be concealed, for example, behind the cabinet) should be positioned in advance so that the male connector is placed near the power source and the female connector near the profile. The installation diagram shows an example of how to position the profile, wiring, and power supply in a kitchen.

The length of the luminaire can be shortened to the desired size at intervals of approximately 4 cm, and the LED strips come with a standard cable of 5 cm + 300 cm at both ends, equipped with quick connectors. If this is not sufficient, you can order an extension cable (3 m), product number 681588. A maximum of one extension cable can be connected per luminaire cable, allowing a total cable length of up to six meters. The power supply cable at both ends enables the LED strip to be used in two sections. This helps avoid unnecessary waste pieces and allows the strip to be installed in two different directions from the power source.
