Recessed LED-profile light

LIMENTE INSER LUX is part of the LIMENTE LUX collection. It is an aluminum profile lamp designed to be recessed in furniture. The profile is submerged to the furniture level and only a sleek thin edge of the profile is visible. LIMENTE INSER LUX is a versatile work- and mood light that can be used not only as a kitchen lighting, but also on shelfs and other surfaces, where light is needed. The INSER LUX is only 8.5 mm deep allowing installation on a sheeted wall without a need to change the wall support structures. The LIMENTE LUX -series lamps have excellent efficiency (up to 135 lm / w) and their color rendering is perfect. High quality LEDs with a color rendering index of Ra> 90, an efficiency of 130 to 135 lm / W, a light output of 1700 lm / m and a color temperature of 3000 K or 4000 K are used as standard in the LUX-series. Due to the excellent technical values, the LUX models emphasize the true colors of the illuminated item in the best possible way and they are granted with a 3-year warranty. NOTE! Dimming and lightcontrol

By adjusting the lights, it is easy to create appropriate lighting for different occasions. By dimming LIMENTE INSER LUX you can change your home’s lighting from efficient and bright to dim and cosy. You can use the same switch to adjust all the LIMENTE lights in the room, including various ceiling-, panel- and profile lights. LIMENTE INSER LUX is dimmable either with LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC, LUXUS ja GREENLINE series 24V dimmer (no. 640540) and wireless wall switches (no. 640541, 640542, 640543, 640544, 640546 and 640547). The dimmer is installed between the power supply and the fixture. The dimmer includes a similar manifold to the one included in the power supply. You can connect up to 6 LIMENTE lights to one dimmer, as long as the maximum load (W) of the power supply is not exceeded.
LIMENTE INSER LUX is also dimmable with a Dali driver (LEDDALI100). The driver is controlled by either a 240 V Dali controller or a push button switch, utilizing the "Push Dim" function.

The power supply cable (for example hidden behind the cabinet) is put in place so that the male connector comes close to the power supply and the female connector near the INSER LUX profile. The light profile is cut to the desired length and fastened to its place with the supplied clips. The light strip is pressed onto the luminaire profile using 2-sided tape and finally the power supply cable is pressed against the light strip and the power supply. All electrical connections are made simply by quick connectors.

The power supply cable at both ends of the lamp enables the use of INSER LUX as two separate luminaires. INSER LUX can also be used in its full length (2 m or 4 m), whereby the power cord of the other end is cut off. INSER LUX can be shortened at 3,3 cm intervals to the desired length. At both ends there is a standard 5 cm + 300 cm long cord. If this is not enough, you can order an (3 m) extension cord (No. 681588). Extension cables can be fitted with a maximum of 1 pcs of luminaires, with a maximum cable length of up to 6 m. Be aware of the adequate length of the cord and that the maximum load (W) on the power supply is not exceeded.
