Wireless light control set – timeless design to fit many styles

LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC series offer an easy and stylish solution for light control, for example in the kitchen and other areas of the home. The lights are controlled by a stylish wall switch (controller) with an on / off function and a dimming feature. The controller does not need any wiring, so it can also be placed freely in the desired place in the room. You do not need an electrician to install this product, you can easily install it yourself.

There can be several switches controlling the same dimmers, and with one switch you can control several different dimmers, making it easy to expand the system afterwards. In this way, you can easily solve the light control, for example, in a staircase, where the lights must be able to be switched off and on both from downstairs and upstairs. The wireless control does not require separate electrical installations, only an electrical outlet is needed. LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC is a complete set with all the necessary parts to control the lighting. Wireless light control system always consists of two parts: a dimmer part that comes between the light and the power supply, and a wireless switch. The lights are connected to the wireless switch via a dimmer part, so a dimmer is always needed.

The controller is a stylish surface-mounted switch. The on / off function works with a short press and a long press dims / brightens the light. Thanks to the slim design of the controller, it looks like a recessed wall switch despite the surface mounting. The system can be used with all LIMENTE 24 V LED lights.

Classic and Luxus series switches can be connected to Limente and Schneider Exxact frames, but not to ABB Impressivo frames.

Adjusting the lights

By adjusting the lighting, you can customize it to create lighting that suits the situation in your home. By dimming the LIMENTE lights, you change the lighting in your home from efficient and bright to dim and cozy. If you wish, you can use the same switch to adjust all the LIMENTE 24 V lights in the room, including the various panel and work lights. The lights adjust evenly, smoothly and simultaneously, changing the atmosphere of the entire space at once.

With the LIMENTE SMART dimmer, you can continuously adjust the light output of the LIMENTE LED lights from 0 to 100%. A short press on the controller turns the lights on / off and a long press dims / brightens the light.

The LIMENTE SMART 522 controller included in the basic set can be used to control one lighting group at a time. If you want to control more than one separate group, you must order a separate dimmer part (640520) for each group. The starter kit contains one dimmer part. The lighting group always means all the lights connected to one power supply, i.e., you always need one dimmer part for each power supply.

Installation

LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC 532 is a complete set with all the necessary parts to control the lighting. The controller and dimmer are simple and quick to install and do not require separate electrical installations. You can also do the installation yourself.

The LIMENTE SMART 520 is a wireless 24 V dimmer that is installed between the power supply and the lights. The dimmer has the same connector as the power supply, and the same connectors as the 24 V lights. A maximum of 5 lights can be installed in the dimmer. 1 dimmer is required for each light group (power supply). The LIMENTE SMART 520 dimmer unit can be used with all 24 V LIMENTE lights. Please note that the total maximum load of the luminaires must not exceed 96 W.

Installation and pairing is simple and quick. Often, the socket is on top of the kitchen cabinet, in which case the dimmer part is also placed there. The dimmer part is placed between the power supply and the lights using the easy plug & socket connectors. The stylish wall switch (controller) is then installed at the desired place on the wall. The controller and dimmer unit should be paired with each other, after which the system is ready for use. Pairing the controller and dimmer is very simple. First, press the connect button on the dimmer ( short press ), then press the button on the controller from which you want the light in question to come on. Now the two parts are paired together. Repeat for all other dimmers you want to connect to the same switch. If you press and hold the connect button so that the lights will flash, you will reset the connection.

If you need more dimmers or controls, you should also pair them with each other. Pairing allows the dimmer to recognize the signal sent by the controller. Pairing is a simple and quick operation that also has clear instructions on our Youtube channel.
